Sponsor & Exhibitor Information

Thank you for partnering with ACCIS! Below you'll find the critical information you need to prepare for the Spring Conference, including current availability, purchase deadlines, and the new staff pass requirement.

Showcase Partnership

Exhibitor tables are still available for purchase. A Showcase Partnership includes a table in the exhibit area to feature your products and services to conference attendees.

Last day to purchase: Friday, April 3

Staff Passes

Every individual attending the conference on behalf of an industry partner must have a staff pass. Staff passes are available for purchase now and will remain open after April 3.

Availability Update

All sponsorship opportunities other than Showcase Partnerships are sold out. Showcase Partnerships (exhibitor tables) are the only remaining opportunity and must be purchased by Friday, April 3, 2026. After that date, only staff passes will remain available for purchase.

No Included Passes

Please note that sponsorship and Showcase Partnership purchases do not include staff passes. You must purchase a separate staff pass for every person who will be attending the conference on behalf of your organization. See the Staff Pass Requirement section below for details.

Staff Pass Requirement

This year, ACCIS is implementing a mandatory staff pass for all industry partner personnel attending the conference. This is a change from prior years, and it applies to everyone — no exceptions.

Why Staff Passes Are Required This Year

Changes in Washington State sales tax law now require ACCIS to charge sales tax on passes for participation at live events. To comply with this requirement, every individual attending the conference on behalf of an industry partner must purchase their own staff pass.

  • Every person needs a pass. If your organization has three people attending, you need three staff passes.
  • No passes are included with any sponsorship level or Showcase Partnership purchase.
  • This applies to all industry partners — sponsors, exhibitors, and anyone else participating in a non-attendee capacity.
  • Sales tax will be collected on each staff pass at the applicable Washington State rate.

Lodging Information

There is no dedicated conference hotel with a room block available for this event. All attendees and industry partners are responsible for securing their own lodging.

Book Your Own Accommodations

We recommend booking early, as hotels in the Kennewick–Richland–Pasco (Tri-Cities) area can fill up quickly during event season. The Three Rivers Convention Center is conveniently located near several hotel options along W Grandridge Blvd and Columbia Center Blvd.

Common Questions

Can I still register to attend the conference?

Yes! Registration is still open for all government attendees. Use the "Register Now" button in the Attendees section above to secure your spot.

I'm an industry partner. What can I still purchase?

As of now, Showcase Partnerships (exhibitor tables) are the only remaining partnership opportunity. All other sponsorship levels are sold out. The last day to purchase a Showcase Partnership is Friday, April 3, 2026. After that date, only staff passes will be available.

Why do I need a staff pass this year?

Due to changes in Washington State sales tax law, ACCIS is now required to charge sales tax on passes for participation at live events. To comply, every industry partner representative must purchase an individual staff pass. This is a change from prior years, where passes may have been included or not required.

My company purchased a sponsorship. Are staff passes included?

No. Staff passes are not included with any sponsorship or Showcase Partnership purchase. You must purchase a separate staff pass for each person from your organization who will be attending the conference.
