Why do I see "E3 CREATIVE" on my bank statement?
e3 creative processes payments on behalf of event organizers. If you purchased a ticket or registered for an event, the charge from E3 CREATIVE is the payment for that event. Check your email for a confirmation or receipt from the event.
I don't remember attending an event. What should I do?
First, check with family members or friends who may have used your card to purchase tickets. You can also search your email for any event confirmations. If you still can't identify the charge, contact us with the date and amount, and we'll help you track it down.
How do I request a refund?
Refund policies are set by each individual event organizer. Please contact us with your transaction details, and we'll connect you with the appropriate event organizer or help process your request according to their refund policy.
