Connect Stations replace the traditional exhibit booth with a more engaging, purpose-built environment. Spread throughout The Commons, every station is surrounded by the energy of Spark, Gather, Refuel, and Unwind, keeping attendees in the space all day.

Important: Station fee covers the physical space only. Each person staffing your station requires a separate staff pass (see below). Venue WiFi is available for demos and displays.

Sales Tax Notice: Per Washington State law effective October 1, 2025, admission to live events is subject to sales tax. All staff passes are subject to the current Spokane combined sales tax rate of 9.1%.

The Commons opens with the Presidents' Reception. First impressions, early connections, and evening energy set the tone for the conference.
Monday, June 29
Full Day
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (10 hours)
The main event. Breakfast for all attendees in The Commons to start the day, beverages flowing in Refuel, Spark Stage presentations throughout, Unwind competitions at lunch, and afternoon dessert social. Full-day traffic through all four zones.
Tuesday, June 30
Final Morning
7:00 - 10:00 AM (3 hours)
Final Connect Station visits, prize drawings, and last conversations before the closing keynote.
15 total exhibit hours across three days, with Monday delivering a full 10-hour engagement window.

Stations must be show-ready by 3:45 PM (The Commons opens at 4:00 PM)

You may begin striking your station after The Commons closes at 10:00 AM

Your Station Includes

Skirted table, chairs, and pipe-and-drape backdrop. Additional details on booth specifications, permitted signage, and connectivity will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Manual upon registration.

Sponsor-Included Stations

All sponsorships that include a Connect Station (Premier, Zone Presenting, and Event Sponsors) receive a high-traffic premium placement station at no additional charge. Staff passes are still required for each person at the station. Specific branding deliverables for each zone sponsorship will be tailored in partnership with the sponsor.
