Final Connect Station visits & prize drawings
Commons Passport
We're Better Together in the Commons! Visit stations, see what they're all about, and you could win big. Here's how to play:
- Track your Passport in the Whova app. Open Whova and tap Passport to see your progress and which stations you still need to visit.
- Visit all 21 participating stations, marked with the Passport icon.
- Get scanned. At each station, have a team member scan the QR code on your name badge to record your stamp.
- Collect a stamp from all 21 stations to be entered in the prize drawing.
- Finish by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, June 30. Passports completed after that time won't be eligible.
Please note: Each stamp is recorded when a station scans the QR code on your name badge, which shares your conference contact information (name, email, and organization) with that company. By participating in the Commons Passport, you consent to having your contact details shared with the participating exhibitors so they can follow up with you.
The drawing
- Winners are drawn at 9:05 AM on Tuesday, June 30, in the Commons.
- You need not be present to win. Winners are notified via the Whova app and email.
- One Passport per attendee. AWSP/WASA staff and exhibitors aren't eligible.
